Many common issues are already covered in the Newsbin Troubleshooting FAQ. Look in your Logging tab ("Status" in versions prior to 5.50) for more clues about any problems you are having. Common issues are:
- Connection Failed
- Username/Password wrong
- Slow Download Speed / Downloads Stop
- Registration Key Failed / Nag screen pops up for registered version
- Lost Registration Key
