What is NewsBin

NewsBin is the Ultimate Usenet Downloading Tool. It downloads, decodes, and reassembles any binary attachment including movies, music, and pictures, even software. What Can I Download with NewsBin

You can download attachments to usenet newgroup posts that are UUEncoded, MIME Encoded, or yEnc Encoded. NewsBin currently does not support the popular Mac encoding format of BinHex. NewsBin can also download the text portion of posts but it was designed for, and excels at, downloading binary attachments.

How Do I Enter The Registration Key?

Start NewsBin.  From the main menu select Register NewsBin… and the following screen will be displayed.

This is where you enter your registration information should you choose to purchase a key for NewsBin. Once registered, this option will disappear from the Menu Bar. You can still get to this screen through Menu > Help > Register/Update Key if you need to access your registration information in the future. Ninety percent of our support questions related to registering NewsBin are a result of typographical errors when entering the key information. We strongly recommend that you use windows copy and paste functions to enter your key info from the email message sent to you when you register. Use the shortcut Ctrl+C to copy and Ctrl+V to paste each item from your email message into the appropriate fields. Make sure you do not accidentally copy leading or trailing spaces with your key information.
