NewsBin Title Bar

The NewsBin Title Bar contains the following elements, from left to right:

1. Currently loaded configuration.  NewsBin remembers the last one it used.  Otherwise, use the Load Button to load a different configuration.  The first time you run, the filename will be "untitled.nfg".
2. Title, version, and build number of the software.
3. Minimize, Maximize, and Exit buttons.
